Located just 15 minutes off of I-75 in the quiet oasis of Lutz, our clients relish the opportunity to escape
the hustle and bustle of busy Tampa Bay.
 
 
facility
We boast a fully upgraded 2200 sqft facility situated in a private office complex, complete with plenty of
parking. We offer two bathrooms, and a 350 sqft private porch overlooking a lush green landscape—the
perfect place for your clients to process while enjoying a beverage and soaking up the Florida sunshine.
For your convenience, we are open seven days a week and offer extremely flexible operating hours.
 
 
available stations
Currently, we have two stations available: one in a private room upstairs and one in the boutique area
downstairs. Each comes with a private sink, exclusively dedicated for you and your guests. And each
space features a large window, providing ample natural lighting. Included in the daily rental fees for
either space are your private chair and sink, a utility cart, towels, and capes.

While you and your guests are sure to feel at home in either space, the upstairs station offers more
privacy, as well as a larger workspace and prep area, and the price difference between the two stations
reflects this.
 
THE DETAILS
All of our team at Practical Magic Studios abides by a certain code of conduct, and new renters would be
required to do so as well. As a new renter, you will be required to provide proof of liability insurance and
be a licensed cosmetologist.
